Eliminating toxins

This is knowledge some people are reluctant to discuss, however it is vitally important for our health!

You are supposed to poop after you have a meal. That's how it is supposed to be! Every time you eat the peristalsis should cause you go to to the toilet. You should poop at least twice a day, seven days a week!  If not, it is backed up in your body and the toxins are being reabsorbed, causing all sorts of problems.

Learn how to have regular and complete bowel evacuations. There are many herbal products to assist with this. You can have a "colonic" done by a naturopath (not all offer this) but this can be quite expensive. Or you can also learn to do an enema at home. Apart from the initial cost of the kit they are free. Once you have done one you will be amazed at how good you feel.
